As a CNC / VMC Programmer & Operator at our company located in Hosur, you will have the following responsibilities: - Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines according to production requirements. - Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. - Prepare and load raw materials and tools as per machining requirements. - Conduct programming, offsets, and tool path corrections when necessary. - Inspect and measure finished products to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards. - Maintain proper records of production, inspection, and maintenance activities. - Coordinate with the dispatch and production team to ensure timely delivery. - Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly. Your required skills for this role include: - Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC programming and operation. - Good understanding of G & M codes. - Familiarity with dispatch process and workflow in manufacturing industries. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple machining tasks. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Qualifications: - ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field. - Candidates with relevant shop floor experience are highly preferred.
