Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our team, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively. Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Analyse customer feedback to improve service quality Utilise multilingual skills to assist customers in various languages Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while engaging with customers Upsell products or services to enhance customer experience Experience Proficiency in English languages Strong data entry skills Excellent communication abilities Ability to analyse customer needs and provide suitable solutions Multilingual skills are advantageous Fresher can apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person Reference ID: Hr@bluer.co.in
