• Bachelors degree in any field (mandatory)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Client and verification teams to ensure urgent completion of background checks for all new hires
• Drive background verification processes in partnership with external vendors
• Act as a key liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication and service excellence
• Ensure the team consistently meets daily, weekly, and monthly SLAs
• Develop and implement training materials and documentation related to background checks, investigations, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain and track case records for future client reference
• Monitor and update verification processes, escalating issues when necessary

Experience & Skills

• 1 to 10 years of experience in background verification, with strong client servicing exposure
• Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in verification processes and familiarity with relevant tools
• Experience in handling global background checks (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote and distributed teams
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities
• Independent, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Demonstrated ability to navigate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Rounds of Interview :- 2 Rounds of Video Call interview post which HR Salary Negotiation will happen if you are selected.

Work Timings: 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM (Monday to Friday) 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday are off.

Should have own Laptop and Wifi Connection.

Salary: Rs.10,000/- to 14,000/- Rs. Per Month.
