1 Design of the project/ systems objects • Detailed RPA, APA design including the new components needed and the changes needed for new/existing systems • High level and Low-Level Design • Logical and Physical Data Models • Integration requirement documentation 2 Development of the project / systems • Support BA and other RPA/APA developers in completing the object generation. • Development of all the RPA, APA objects to complete the business process. • Develop all additional objects needed to take care of the transaction processing, reconciliation process, data transfer and audit requirements. • Lead and guide other developers to complete the RPA/APA objects as per the specifications provided. • Prepare documentation of the RPA/APA functionalities developed. 3 Quality assurance for systems / Projects • Support all QA activities like unit testing, regression testing, automation Testing, system Integration and UAT • Make sure all bugs identified by QA team has been taken care and the new code is redeployed for testing. • Ensure the quality of deliverables passing each quality gate from inception to delivery of the solution. 4 Go-live & Knowledge Transfer • Plan Go-live activities including runbook & end user documentations for go-live • Knowledge transfer and documentation for Transition and other team members.
