Purpose/Essence of the role:

Below are the roles and responsibilities aligned to the below-mentioned role / role designation:

Role:

• Order management experience can review contracts and agreements.
• Analyze and Eye for detail in the document which needs to be update on the system
• Email draft and handling
• Order Management knowledge
• 24*5 WFO (including Sat and Sunday based on business requirement)
• Month end and Quarter end need to work on Weekend

Skills:

• Experienced in working with international outsourcing companies and global clients.
• Strong communication skills ( Written & Verbal) with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Hands-on experience in agreement setup and contract management processes.
• Problem Solving techniques
• Analytical skills
• Managing customer escalation with experience of performing RCA and CAPA
• MS Office proficiency
