· Thorough knowledge about the performance models across web/mobile - CPL, CPI, CPR, CPA etc.
· Do in-depth Affiliate Performance management, Campaign optimization & regular reporting.
· Nurture existing affiliate relationships, support them with various innovative ideas for campaign optimization.
· Allocate targets to affiliates and ensure that targets for the respective campaigns are met within specified timelines.
· Identify and on board Publishers & Advertisers, cultivating a relationship of trust with them.
· Expand the relationships with existing Publishers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
· Working with ad networks and internal teams to run successful ad monetization strategies.
· Serve as the link of communication between publishers and Advertisers.
· Resolving any issues and problems faced, troubleshoot, and deal with complaints to maintain relationships.
· Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts for these stakeholders using key account metrics.
· Strong connect with International Publishers & advertisers.
