Position: Accounts Payable Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Duration: 6 months (paid internship, with potential for a full-time opportunity based on performance)

Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our financial operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Reviewing, verifying, and processing invoices for payment.

• Ensuring all invoices are properly authorized and approved.

• Reconciling vendor statements and addressing discrepancies.

• Communicating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Maintaining up-to-date records of invoices and vendor information.

• Preparing and processing check runs while adhering to company policies.

• Responding to vendor inquiries with professionalism.

• Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Providing supporting documentation for audits.

• Taking on other duties as assigned to support the finance team.

Qualifications:

We’re looking for a candidate with the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field (or final-year students).

• A strong interest in Accounts Payable or related financial roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
