As an Account Manager, your role involves managing an assigned portfolio of clients, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be responsible for analyzing client account performance, providing recommendations for improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for client retention and acquisition.
