Key Responsibilities

• Financial modelling and valuations
• Assist with the preparation of Investment Committee papers
• Transaction due diligence workstreams, (incl. financial, commercial, legal, tax)
• Various tasks relating to monitoring investments, portfolio management, market research and marketing efforts

What We Expect

• Master's or Bachelor's degree from a leading education institution or a Chartered Accountant with a keen interest in investing in the Indian infrastructure space
• Previous internship experience(s) in investment banking, private equity, or another buy-side role preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with financial modelling and valuations
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and initiatives while remaining detail-oriented
