Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervision:

• Supervise sub-contractors and workers by selecting, evaluating, and monitoring their performance for interior works.
• Train workers on efficient work methods to enhance productivity.

Site Management:

• Travel to and supervise multiple sites throughout the day.
• Oversee day-to-day interior finishing operations and ensure construction activities adhere to the project plan, deadlines, and safety regulations.
• Monitor daily work progress and inspect work performed by sub-contractors.
• Manage site ordering, scheduling, cost control, and project documentation.

Project Coordination:

• Accomplish project goals by defining the scope and purpose of projects, determining and allocating required resources, establishing protocols and standards, scheduling staff, resolving design challenges, evaluating deadlines, and implementing change orders.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Generate innovative ideas to improve productivity and work efficiency.

Quality Assurance:

• Carry out inspections and resolve any issues or rectification works promptly.
• Ensure that site progress is in line with the project schedule.

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the interior or construction industry, with proven leadership skills.
• Technical Skills: Ability to accurately measure and produce technical drawings.
• Proficient in computer applications including MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, AutoCAD, and related software.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize and balance work effectively.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and resolve technical issues with various personnel.
