Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of interior projects. Ensure all work is completed as per drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Regularly report project progress, site challenges, and material requirements to the Project Manager. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and adherence to timelines. Handle measurements, quantity estimations, and material requisitions. Conduct on-site quality checks of wood products and installations. Liaise with the design and procurement teams for smooth material flow and technical clarifications. Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, attendance, and work logs. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of interior works, carpentry, wood joinery, and modular furniture. Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs. Good team coordination and leadership at the site level. Familiarity with tools, safety protocols, and quality standards. Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other design tools is a plus. Qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture or related field. 2–5 years of experience in handling interior/execution sites, preferably in hospitality or premium residential/commercial projects.
