INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for our interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed as per design, quality, and safety standards within the scheduled timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate interior site activities including civil, electrical, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, plumbing, and finishing works.
• Monitor work progress and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure availability of materials, labor, and equipment on-site.
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain daily site reports, material records, and attendance.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the site.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
• Proven experience in managing interior fit-out works
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, technical details, and execution procedures
• Ability to read and understand architectural & MEP drawings
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work under pressure

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
