INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and monitor daily site activities for interior fit-out projects.

· Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.

· Read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.

· Ensure that materials, manpower, and equipment are available as per project requirements.

· Check quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to design and finishing standards.

· Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.

· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

· Handle minor site issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate major concerns to management.

· Assist in project handover and final quality checks.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-out projects.

· Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and site execution methods.

· Ability to read drawings (civil, electrical, plumbing, furniture, false ceiling, etc.).

· Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and site reporting.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
