INTERIOR SITE SUPERVISOR

Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hard working individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our factory, coordinating with vendors for procurement, and supervising on-site activities for various interior projects. This role demands a proactive leader who can ensure that projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Factory Operations Management:

• Ensure that the factory operates efficiently and that production schedules are adhered to.
• Monitor the manufacturing process to guarantee that all products meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with production managers to address any issues that arise in the factory, ensuring minimal disruption to workflow.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and ensure that all factory workers adhere to safety standards.

2. Vendor Coordination and Procurement:

• Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products required for various projects.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
• Track inventory levels and ensure that all necessary materials are available for ongoing projects without delays.
• Work closely with the procurement team to identify and source new vendors that meet quality and cost requirements.

3. On-Site Supervision for Interior Projects:

• Oversee the execution of interior design projects on-site, ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications and within the project timeline.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, tradespeople, and other on-site personnel to ensure seamless project progression.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Report on project status, including progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan to the project manager and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in interior site supervision, factory operations, or a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and manufacturing practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
