Site Supervisor – Interior Projects
Company: Nail & Hammer (Interior Design Firm)
Location: Greater Kailash, New Delhi
We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Nail & Hammer. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in managing interior sites for residential or commercial projects.
Our current focus is on commercial interiors, including cafés, salons, and retail spaces. The role requires a responsible and proactive individual who can ensure smooth site execution and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities at interior project sites.
Coordinate effectively with vendors, contractors, and labor teams.
Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee procurement and usage of raw materials and ensure proper inventory management.
Report site updates regularly to the project manager or management team.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience as an Interior Site Supervisor.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Good understanding of interior materials, fittings, and finishes.
Excellent time management, discipline, and punctuality.
Honest, responsible, and optimistic attitude towards work.
