Job Summary: We are looking for a smart and experienced Civil Site Engineer who can take full responsibility for site execution, labour management, quality control, and vendor coordination for civil and interior finishing projects. The candidate must have practical field experience and the ability to get work done efficiently and on time. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site work as per drawings and ensure quality finishes. Manage and guide labour teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth progress. Verify quantities, track material usage, and monitor cost efficiency. Handle labour and vendor payments based on actual work done. Maintain daily site reports, progress photos, and work checklists. Coordinate with office, architects, and clients for timely execution. Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping at site. Candidate Profile: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 5-7 years of on-site experience in interior/civil finishing projects . Strong practical knowledge of materials, work sequence, and detailing. Street-smart, responsible, and capable of independent site handling. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
