Ergoscape Studio is a dynamic architecture and design firm specializing in Office Interiors, Residential Architecture, and Commercial Spaces. Our work combines functionality with a refined aesthetic, focusing on delivering thoughtfully designed environments for modern living and working. We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Eng to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations across multiple project locations in Delhi NCR.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure timely execution of work.
• Interpret and implement working drawings and construction details effectively on-site.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Report site progress, issues, and updates to the design team and senior management.
• Monitor materials, manpower, and site logistics.

Requirements:

• Diploma (minimum) or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of building construction processes and detailing.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting working drawings.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to various sites across Delhi NCR.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with interior site execution.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
