Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Planner with a strong background in operations and project coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities across multiple sites, ensuring seamless execution of operations, and facilitating communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project schedules using relevant planning tools. Coordinate project activities between site teams, vendors, consultants, and clients. Prepare project timelines, track progress, and highlight risks or delays proactively. Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to project schedules and deliverables. Assist in resource planning and ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment. Conduct regular coordination meetings with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and other stakeholders. Generate project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review. Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to avoid delays. Support in procurement coordination and vendor management. Ensure clear communication and documentation across all project stakeholders. Facilitate smooth handover and project closure activities. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in project planning, operations handling, and coordination roles, preferably in interior fit-out, construction, or infrastructure sectors. Strong knowledge of project management principles, planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar), and reporting practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Willingness to travel to project sites when required. Preferred Qualities: Experience in handling operations and coordinating between multiple project teams. Ability to work under tight deadlines and dynamic project conditions. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor coordination is an advantage.
