Interior project manager

As an Interior Project Manager, your role involves planning, coordinating, and executing interior design and fit-out projects for various types of spaces. You will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end management of interior projects including residential, commercial, retail, or corporate spaces. - Prepare detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans. - Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to align project requirements. - Monitor project progress, site execution, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. - Manage procurement of materials, vendor negotiations, and inventory control. - Conduct regular site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely project delivery. - Prepare and present progress reports, MIS updates, and project documentation. - Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and health & safety guidelines. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 4-8 years of proven experience in interior project management or fit-out projects. - Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes. - Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar software. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
