Interior Project Manager

Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee and manage multiple residential interior projects from planning to execution and handover. Maintain effective coordination between project coordinators, site supervisors, procurement, and design teams. Allocate daily tasks to project staff and ensure accountability through regular updates and reviews. Supervise on-site activities, ensuring quality, timelines, and adherence to design standards. Coordinate procurement of materials, monitor delivery timelines, and maintain inventory oversight. Handle project scheduling, budgeting, and monitor expenditures to ensure cost control. Resolve site-related challenges efficiently and escalate issues when needed. Ensure clear and timely communication with clients regarding project progress, changes, and timelines. Maintain documentation for all project-related activities including client approvals and change requests. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Ensure smooth handover of projects, including client walkthroughs and sign-offs. Lead and mentor the on-ground team, ensuring productivity and alignment with project goals.
