Job Description

Making schedules for the projects and ensuring the work is being done according to the timelines. Managing materials and labor costs to ensure that projects stay within budget guidelines Reviewing bids from subcontractors to ensure they are reasonable in price and scope of work offered. Working with the design team to coordinate design details with construction plans Preparing progress reports for clients on a regular basis throughout the duration of the project. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: On Site: 1 year (Required) total work: 1 year (Required)
