Interior fit -out project manager

👉Lead and manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion.

👉Coordinate with production team,designers, purchase,sub contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure cohesive project execution.

👉 Document and maintain the details of all workers, sub contractors and other suppliers

👉On time project handover without quality compromise and finishes.

👉Make sure cleanliness and safety at all sites

👉Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans, and ensure adherence to them.

👉Oversee procurement of materials, furnishings, and finishes in accordance with specifications and budget.

👉 Coordinate with accounts and HR department for the wage calculation of all vendors and sub contractors

👉Cross checking and approve project related drawings like production drawing, ceiling,plumbing, electrical, flooring etc...

👉Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with design and safety standards. Site inspection with client and designer also required.

👉Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal/external teams.

👉Track project deliverables and prepare regular status reports.

👉Manage change orders, risk assessments, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.

👉Ensure all local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards are met.

👉Facilitate project close-out processes including final inspections, punch lists, and handovers
