Interior Fit-out & Finishing @ Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise all phases of interior fit-out and finishing works including but not limited to flooring, tiling, painting, plastering, joinery/carpentry, false ceilings, partitions, electrical/plumbing/MEP interfaces (if scope includes), and final finishing/furnishing.
• Review architectural / GFC (good-for-construction) drawings, interior layout plans, specifications and ensure execution matches design intent.
• Coordinate with internal teams architects/designers, structural/MEP engineers, contractors/subcontractors, vendors, suppliers. Manage vendor selection, procurement, scheduling, deliveries.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, manage milestones and ensure timely execution. Track progress and generate periodic status reports.
• Monitor and control project budgets, costs and material usage. Conduct value-engineering if required.
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, supervise workmanship and finishing standards; maintain health & safety compliance and ensure adherence to building codes.
• Handle snagging, punch-lists, remedial works and ensure final handover with quality deliverables. Ensure client satisfaction at handover.
• Maintain proper documentation — daily/weekly progress reports, site diaries, material & vendor logs, vendor performance database (if applicable).
• Liaise and coordinate among stakeholders — clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, internal teams. Manage communications & approvals.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design / Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Preferably 7+ years of experience in interior fit-out or finishing works — residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction/fit-out processes, building codes, safety standards, quality standards
