About the Opportunity

Project Management Consultant (PMC)

Position: Interior Fit-Out Engineer (PMC Role)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and coordinate
day-to-day site activities
for interior fit-out works (civil, MEP, finishes).
Ensure contractors work strictly follows
drawings, BOQ, specifications, quality & safety norms
.
Track progress, highlight delays, and escalate risks to the PMC Project Head.
Review and verify
RA bills, BBS, quantities, and material reconciliation
.
Conduct
site audits
and ensure corrective actions by contractors.
Prepare
daily/weekly progress reports
for client updates.
Act as part of the PMC team ensuring
timely, cost-controlled, and quality delivery
.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:
B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical (Diploma may be considered for strong interiors experience).
Experience:
5–10 years in
corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects
, with at least 2–3 years in a
PMC/client-side role
.
Strong understanding of
fit-out drawings, BOQ, billing verification, and finishes coordination
.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel
.
Strong communication, reporting, and documentation skills.
