Interior Finishing Manager

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Interior Finishing Manager to join our team on-site in Pune. In this role, you will oversee the quality and progress of interior finishing work, manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery, and supervise production processes. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring that work aligns with design and safety guidelines. Additionally, you will collaborate with the project management team to meet objectives and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Control and ensuring adherence to established standards
• Strong skills in Project Management and Construction oversight
• Experience with SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or similar certifications
• Proficiency in Production Management within interior finishing or construction environments
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills for managing teams and contractors
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction and interior finishing
