🔍 Job Objective

2D plans

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and space utilization needs.
• Create floor plans, furniture layouts, and spatial zoning using

  AutoCAD

  or

  SketchUp

  .
• Conceptualize interior themes and present mood boards and design stories for approval.
• Develop

  high-quality 3D models

  and

  rendered visualizations

  using

  3ds Max

  (or SketchUp) and

  V-Ray

  .
• Prepare

  technical drawings

  , elevations, and BOQ inputs for execution teams.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Vendors, and Site Engineers to ensure design-to-reality consistency.
• Conduct site visits during execution to ensure design alignment and quality delivery.
• Keep up with interior design trends, material innovations, and visualization best practices.

✅ Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• AutoCAD

  – 2D drawings & layout planning

• SketchUp

  – 3D conceptual modeling

• 3ds Max

  – Photorealistic 3D rendering

• V-Ray / Corona

  – Lighting & rendering expertise

• Photoshop

  or equivalent – Minor touchups and presentation boards
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing
• Good communication skills and a client-friendly approach
