Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Designer located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The Interior Designer will manage the design process from concept development to implementation, including space planning, conceptualizing interior layouts, and selecting furnishings and finishes. In addition to creating detailed construction drawings, the designer will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure projects meet aesthetic and functional requirements while adhering to budget and timelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning
Expertise in Architecture and creating Construction Drawings
Knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and procurement
Strong communication, visualization, and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
Experience in the interior design and furnishing industry is an added advantage
