### Job Title Interior Designer ### Location Kurla East, Mumbai ### Employment Type Full-time; On-site ### Age and Experience Requirements - Age: 23–35 years - Experience: Minimum 3 years working as an interior designer (residential and/or commercial projects) --- ### Role Summary We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Interior Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team in Kurla East. The role involves creating concept-to-completion interior solutions, preparing drawings and specifications, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. --- ### Key Responsibilities - Develop design concepts, mood boards, and detailed space plans that meet client brief and budget. - Prepare technical drawings, elevations, furniture layouts, and material schedules using CAD and other design tools. - Produce presentation materials (renderings, 3D visuals, samples) for client approvals. - Create and manage BOQs, cost estimates, and procurement lists. - Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure accurate execution of design intent. - Conduct site visits, supervise installations, and resolve on-site issues. - Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and accessibility requirements. - Maintain clear client communication and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Keep project documentation, timelines, and budgets up to date.
