Interior Designer/ Senior Interior Designer/ Princiapl Designer

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Interior Designer/ Senior Interior Designer/ Principal Designer to lead and manage

high-value residential interior projects. This role involves complete ownership of premium client

accounts, delivering outstanding design solutions that align with the customer's expectations

and budget.

The Principal Designer will be supported by 12 Design Associates (depending on project flow)

and is expected to maintain a high standard of design delivery, customer experience, and

business conversion with a minimum of 3 purchase orders per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end design delivery for high-value customers, ensuring premium service

and satisfaction.

• Understand client vision, functional needs, and budget constraints to deliver customised,

innovative design solutions.

• Present detailed design concepts and material selections effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and internal execution teams to ensure seamless project

handover and execution.

• Mentor and supervise assigned Design Associates, ensuring high-quality output and

customer engagement.

• Take full ownership of client accounts from first interaction to purchase order closure.
• Drive timely project closures with a consistent focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve a minimum of 3 purchase order closures per month.

Software Proficiency:

• SketchUp (mandatory)
• Knowledge of V-Ray and Enscape is a strong plus

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in residential interior design, particularly in mid

to high-ticket size projects.

• Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, client-handling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work within client budgets and timelines without compromising design integrity.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior designers is preferred.

Performance Expectations:

• Ensure a premium customer experience through creative design and clear

communication.

• Maintain accountability across all stages of design delivery.
• Deliver a minimum of 3 purchase orders per month.
• Guide team members to maintain excellence in design standards and service.
