The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing complex interior design projects from concept to completion. Job Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and communication with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets. Manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues. Communicate effectively with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors. Resolve conflicts and issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare regular project status reports for management. Ensure projects are completed in accordance with company standards and client expectations. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Proficiently use project management software. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control. Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless integration of design. Manage change orders and revisions effectively. Handle client communication and manage expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field. 6 - 10years of experience in project management, preferably in the interior design industry. Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of Interiors methods and materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience working on high-end residential and commercial projects is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada is required. The Team Lead/Manager will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of interior designers, overseeing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining exceptional design quality. This role involves both hands-on design work and team management responsibilities. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of interior designers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback. Foster a collaborative and creative team environment. Oversee project assignments and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews. Design & Project Management: Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts for both residential and commercial projects. Technical Skills: Excellent proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Solidworks, Fusion 360, Enscape), and other relevant design tools. Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, material selection, and construction documentation. Project Management: Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Communication: Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills. Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
