Interior Designer – Sales

Job Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Interior Designer – Sales professional to identify client needs, recommend suitable interior solutions, and drive revenue growth. The role combines design knowledge with strong sales skills to deliver tailored solutions and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and qualify potential clients within the interior design and fit-out market.
• Conduct on-site client visits to assess requirements and provide design-aligned product recommendations.
• Present and demonstrate interior design solutions, materials, and service offerings.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations, and presentations based on client needs and project scope.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal design and execution team for seamless project execution.
• Maintain strong client relationships through follow-ups, service support, and after-sales care.
• Stay informed about design trends, materials, competitor offerings, and market movement.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and support overall business growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Designing.
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience in the interior design or related industry.

• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts.
