Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Interior Designer / Project Manager / QC and Billing Engineer. The role involves the complete lifecycle of interior design projects, from conceptualization and space planning to execution and quality control. Responsibilities include developing and interpreting construction drawings, managing FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), coordinating with teams, ensuring project quality, and overseeing billing processes. The candidate will also work closely with clients to execute innovative design solutions that meet their specific requirements, adhering to timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Strong understanding of Architecture and Construction Drawings, ensuring attention to precision and details required for project execution.
• Expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) processes, including selection, procurement, and installation.
• Experience in project management and quality control to ensure high standards in execution and timely delivery.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or relevant design software is highly advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
