Interior Designer

Role Overview: As an Interior Designer at Livspace, you are expected to possess excellent creative thinking skills to create designs based on client conversations. Your role involves regular communication with clients to understand their needs, adjust approaches based on feedback, and stay updated with interior design trends to offer the best solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Own the Sales funnel and drive Sales Closure - Manage Customer Experience throughout a project - Lead and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables - Oversee the end-to-end Project lifecycle Qualifications Required: - Graduation or relevant Diploma with 15 years of Academic education - Minimum 3 years of experience as an Interior Designer - Led and delivered a minimum of 5 to 6 Residential projects - Proficiency in design tools, PPT presentation, and AutoCAD - Expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard), Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution, Drawing Preparation), Modular design (Material knowledge, aesthetics, functionality, module planning), and Civil works & Services (specifications, installation details) - Project expertise in Creating BoQ for customers, Coordinating with internal & external agencies - Sales expertise in Sales Closure through logical & trusted Sales pitch, Driving and leading Design meetings with customers - Behavioral attributes include being Result-oriented, Team player, Integrity & Ethics, and having Crisp & meaningful communication skills - High willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members,
