Interior Designer

Job Description The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of architecture and design, and has the technical expertise to back it up. As well has ability to communicate and give presentations to customers and architects alike. Desired experience: 2 years to 5 years Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design/ Architecture  Must have adequate knowledge of AutoCAD  3D Modelling software and a Rendering Software is preferred.  1+ year Job experience preferred  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Candidates who have experience in similar field would be given priority  Candidates must attach their portfolio along with their resume Skills Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field.  Portfolio of design work.  Project management experience.  Experience with computational design.  Highly creative, imaginative and artistic.  Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.  Proficiency in AutoCAD, Illustrator, SketchUp or similar design software. Roles and Responsibilities:  Efficient and Quality Kitchen and Wardrobe Design  Designs should be compliant with Company guidelines  Ensuring that requirements and deadlines be met promptly.  Giving presentations to Architects and Interior presenting proper drawings and renderings  Develop and sustain the organization’s culture, values and reputation.  Maintain good relations with employees, partners, shareholders, regulatory bodies.  Execute the responsibilities of Company according to lawful and ethical standards.  Outline client design objectives.  Conceptualize and sketch design plans.  Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.  Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.  Source materials and products included in plans.  Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.  Utilize computer applications in the design process.  Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
