Interior Designer

The ideal candidate should be an interior designer (Retail Store Designer) who can plan store design from the concept to final GFC and oversee execution of the same. You will be responsible for coordinating with vendors for any repairs and maintenance work. Development and execution of store designs for both new and renovated locations, managing essential maintenance tasks as needed and ensuring timely updates to the project. Coordinating design initiatives and maintaining accurate project tracking to support organizational goals. Develop and prepare store design concepts, create Good for Construction drawings in 2D and produce 3D views as required. Design cost-effective models and specifications, including sourcing designer materials, finishes and suppliers to optimize project budgets. Monitor project progress in collaboration with vendors and provide timely updates to ensure project milestones are met. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in architecture, interior design or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and retail design. - Demonstrated expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Photoshop and SketchUp software. - Proficiency in retail and commercial design.,
