Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Chandigarh. Responsibilities include planning functional and aesthetically appealing interior spaces, creating detailed and professional construction drawings, selecting and specifying furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and coordinating designs with architectural and construction teams. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients, interpret their needs, and conceptualize designs that align with the institute's vision of creating impactful spaces in the design and communication industry.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning to create functional layouts for various environments.
• Strong skills in Architecture and Interior Design with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
• Expertise in creating Construction Drawings for accurate and efficient execution of designs.
• Experience in furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection and procurement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of contemporary design trends and sustainable design principles is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required; relevant certifications will be an asset.
