Job Title: Interior Designer/ Senior Interior Designer [Modular Residential Interior Experience Must] Job Brief: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Senior Interior Designer to lead a variety of space design projects. The role involves conceptual development, collaboration with stakeholders, and execution of functional yet aesthetically pleasing designs. Key ResponsibilitiesLead design projects from concept to completion Gather client requirements and develop detailed project briefs Translate customer needs into layout plans and design concepts Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines Source materials, furnishings, and products in line with design vision Create design boards, mood boards, and sample presentations Supervise and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams Collaborate with decorators, architects, and construction professionals Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and best practices Requirements Proven experience in interior design (consultations, renovations, new builds) Strong sense of space planning, lighting, color theory, and materials Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, VRay/Enscape tools. A compelling portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities Strong creativity, imagination, and a keen eye for aesthetics Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
