Interior Designer

An Interior Designer is tasked with the conceptualization, planning, and execution of creative and functional interior spaces that align with client specifications, budgetary constraints, and established timelines. The responsibilities of this role encompass the development of design concepts, preparation of layouts and three-dimensional models, selection of materials and finishes, coordination with vendors and contractors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand design needs, lifestyle preferences, and budget.
• Prepare design concepts, mood boards, CAD/3D visualizations, and working drawings.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project timelines, BOQs, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation.
• Ensure projects meet safety codes, sustainability, and ergonomic standards.
• Deliver projects within agreed budgets and deadlines.

• % The percentage of projects completed within agreed timelines. (Target: ≥ 95%).
• Budget Adherence
• % The percentage of projects delivered within ±5% of budget. (Target: ≥ 90%).
• Quality of Execution
• No. of defects/complaints post-handover. (Target: Minimal).
• Innovation & Creativity Index
• No. of projects featuring unique, sustainable, or trending design elements.

• Number of coordination issues resolved smoothly with vendors/contractors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
