Interior Designer (Design & Estimation)

creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and 2D/3D designs
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and material specifications
• Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and site teams
• Assist in project planning and client presentations
• Support execution teams to ensure design accuracy on site

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in interior design projects
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools

• Basic knowledge of

  estimations, BOQs, and material costing

• Understanding of residential interior standards and finishes
• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, or interior fit-outs
• Knowledge of materials like

  ply, laminates, WPC, aluminium systems
