Interior Designer (Consultant)

As an Interior Designer, you will utilize your creative thinking skills to develop Modular designs based on client discussions. Effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and the flexibility to adapt based on feedback are key aspects of this role. Staying updated on Interior Design trends is essential to offer the best solutions to clients. - Own the Sales funnel and ensure timely Sales Closure. - Take charge of Customer Experience throughout the project. - Lead and ensure the quality and accuracy of design deliverables. - Manage the end-to-end Project lifecycle. - Conduct regular Site visits. **EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS** - Graduation or relevant Diploma in Interior Design. - Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Interior Designer. - Led and completed at least 2 to 4 Residential Modular KWS projects. - Proficient in design tools such as PPT presentation and AutoCAD. - Expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Moodboard). - Proficiency in Technical design (Material knowledge, Execution, and Drawing Preparation). - Knowledge of Modular design (Material, aesthetics & functionality, module planning). - Familiarity with Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details). - Experience in Creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies. - Sales skills in Sales Closure through logical & trusted Sales pitch, and leading Design meetings with customers. - Behavioral attributes include being Result-oriented, Team player, Integrity & Ethics, and effective communication. - Strong willingness to learn and ability to motivate team members for optimal performance.
