Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating design concepts, planning layouts, and developing solutions for interior spaces. The role also involves preparing construction drawings, selecting materials, furniture, and finishes (FF&E), and collaborating with clients and vendors to ensure project completion. A keen eye for detail and a balance between creativity and functionality are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
• Knowledge and experience in Architecture and Construction Drawings to convey design intent effectively.
• Familiarity with selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) to bring design visions to life.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client interactions and design reviews.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
