Interior Design Trainer

The Interior Design Trainer will design and deliver instructional programs that encompass both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in interior design. The trainer will mentor students, assess their progress, and ensure they are equipped with the necessary competencies to succeed in the field. Key Responsibilities Instructional Delivery : Conduct engaging training sessions covering interior design concepts, including space planning, color theory, materials, lighting, and furniture arrangement. Software Training : Teach students to proficiently use industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion ,photoshop etc. Curriculum Development : Develop and update course materials, tutorials, and hands-on projects that reflect current industry trends and best practices. Student Assessment : Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and support students in improving their design skills and software proficiency. Mentorship : Offer guidance and support to students, assisting them in portfolio development and career planning. Industry Engagement : Stay informed about the latest developments in interior design and incorporate relevant innovations into the training program. Collaboration : Work with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and participate in departmental initiatives and projects. ✅ Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 0-1 years of professional experience in interior design; prior teaching or training experience is preferred. Skills : Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion photoshop). Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials.
