Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Design Sales role based in Pune. The role involves engaging with clients, understanding their design and functional requirements, and offering tailored interior design solutions. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Decvilla's services and products, planning space layouts, and coordinating with the design and project team to deliver optimal results for clients. Building long-lasting client relationships through exceptional customer service is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in Interior Design and Space Planning to effectively understand and translate client requirements into creative solutions.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to establish rapport with clients and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Knowledge of Furniture design and placement to recommend appropriate products and enhance functional aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to professionally interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work on-site in Pune and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Experience in using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
