Interior Design Project Manager

As an Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects, your role will involve developing design concepts and producing contract documents based on client needs. You will have expertise in Interior Fit-out Designing and will meet with clients to understand project requirements. Your design skills should encompass tools such as PPT presentation, AutoCAD, and a deep knowledge of Conceptual design, Technical design, Modular design, and Civil works & Services specifications. Key Responsibilities: - Creating BOQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies - Leading Design meetings with customers to drive sales closure through logical & trusted sales pitches - Demonstrating behavioural attributes such as result orientation, teamwork, integrity & ethics, and crisp communication - Showing a high willingness to learn and ability to drive performance among independent team members Qualifications: - Bachelors & Master Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline - Experience in retail, commercial, hospitality, furniture, and mixed-use projects is preferred - Project management skills with a creative, imaginative, and artistic approach - Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, 3dx Max, or similar design software - Understanding of basic principles of space planning and a creative eye for detail in design presentation materials As an Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience in handling multiple RETAIL projects, your role will involve developing design concepts and producing contract documents based on client needs.
