Interior Design Project Manager

As a Project Manager for Premium Projects, your primary responsibility is to ensure the timely delivery of premium interior projects while maintaining exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, overseeing the project execution from design validation to final handover. Your key responsibilities will include: - Reviewing and validating drawings, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and work orders - Preparing and tracking detailed project schedules - Identifying design discrepancies and execution risks - Conducting regular site audits - Maintaining strict quality control - Acting as a bridge between designers, site teams, and customers to ensure smooth communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle Additionally, you will be responsible for vendor coordination, performance analysis, process improvement, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to deliver a superior customer experience. Qualifications & Skills required for this role are: - Graduate in Management or Construction Management (Tier I/Tier II preferred) - 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Engineering, or Architecture - Strong understanding of site execution, quality standards, and design feasibility - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills - Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets - Proactive, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders,
