Role Overview: We are looking for a talented and organized Interior Designer cum Project Manager who will handle end-to-end residential design projects—from concept development and client presentations to execution and site management. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand design requirements, budgets, and preferences. Coordinate with internal design and execution teams for project alignment. Create project timelines, resource plans, and material schedules. Supervise on-site work, ensuring quality, timeline, and design accuracy. Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers effectively. Conduct regular client updates and handle on-site issue resolution. Ensure timely completion of projects within quality standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture. 3+ years of experience in residential interiors and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools. Strong communication, team coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Willingness to travel to client sites within Pune as needed. Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience & skills) Working Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Show more Show less
