About Us

We are a boutique interior design studio with 8+ years of experience in interior residential projects. We work on a limited number of projects at a time and believe in thoughtful design, clear processes, and calm execution. As we move towards larger and more complex projects, we’re looking for a senior Project Manager to strengthen our execution team.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can independently handle interior execution on-site and act as the bridge between design intent and on-ground delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Site Management
• Manage 3-4 interior projects end-to-end from site handover to completion
• Prepare and track execution timelines and milestones
• Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants
• Ensure drawings are correctly interpreted and executed on site
• Coordination & Communication
• Act as the main point of contact between design team, vendors, and site teams
• Flag potential issues early and propose practical solutions
• Maintain clear documentation, site notes, and snag lists
• Coordinate handovers, installations, and final closures
• Quality, Time & Cost Control
• Ensure quality standards are met as per design intent
• Monitor site progress against timelines
• Track basic budgets, variations, and approvals in coordination with the studio
• Ensure safety and site discipline is maintained

What We’re Looking For

• 6-8 years of experience in interior execution (residential experience is mandatory)
• Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and site processes
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders calmly and professionally
• Confident decision-maker with problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working closely with designers without micromanagement
• Good communication skills

What This Role Is Not

• Not a pure design role
• Not a junior site supervisor position
