Interior Design - Project Management Intern

This position is open for an Interior Design Project Management Intern, which will turn into a full-time job based on performance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Project management:

1. Plan, schedule, and oversee multiple interior design projects from concept to completion.

2. Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

3. Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients for smooth execution.

4. Monitor and manage project costs, minimizing wastage and ensuring profitability.

B. Site supervision:

1. Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

2. Resolve site challenges, technical issues, and ensure proper material application.

3. Supervise contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other laborers for timely work completion.

4. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry best practices.

C. Client & vendor coordination:

1. Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

2. Source and procure high-quality materials, ensuring they align with the design vision.

3. Negotiate with vendors and contractors for cost-effective solutions.

D. Quality control & reporting:

1. Maintain high standards in execution, ensuring every detail aligns with the approved design.

2. Conduct regular quality checks and prepare reports on project progress.

3. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues efficiently.
