Interior Design Lead (AGM/DGM)

Job Summary

Successful candidate will mandatorily possess good communication skills/soft interpersonal skills, understanding of real estate domain along with the Analytical and Presentation skills. The incumbent will oversee the design vision, execution, and quality of interior spaces across residential and commercial projects. This role will collaborate closely with internal & external stakeholders, projects, architecture, and sales teams to ensure that all interior concept align with brand standards, customer expectations, and project timelines.

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and lead interior design concepts for new and ongoing real estate projects.
• Prepare mood boards, material palettes, layouts, and detailed design presentations.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless execution of interiors.
• Review and approve design drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to design standards.
• Research market trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design quality and cost efficiency.
• Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
• Support marketing and sales teams with design inputs for sample units, brochures, and customer experience spaces.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in interior design in residential real estate or large-scale projects.
• Strong design sensibility with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
