Role & responsibilities

Develop interior design plans, including layouts, color schemes, and material selection.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and translate them into design concepts.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and oversee construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of interior design elements into the overall project.
Source and select furnishings, materials, and finishes, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Understand building codes, regulations, and industry trends.
Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and renderings to clients and stakeholders.
Identify and address design challenges, finding innovative solutions.
Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
Stay updated with industry trends, design software, and building codes.
